Orientation & Relief — 1:1 process for women

If your outside life is still “working” but you are no longer, then you probably don't need another motivational chatter. You are probably carrying a whole system that has been relying too heavily on you for a long time.

This is an offer for women 40+ who are still functioning but riding on fumes. You have the feeling that you are stuck and close to leaving your current life, but you do not want to make a rash decision that will then have to be cleaned up. Looking for relief and orientation. No pressure. No “fixing yourself.”

What we do

1) System overload scan
We map out your roles, responsibilities, relationships, open loops and places where the “urgent” constantly eats up the “important”. We are looking for patterns of the type: the more you save, the more it falls on you.

2) Values and priorities that can be raised
Not a big life mission. Rather, a small, non-negotiable core to protect you, plus clarity on what you can no longer maintain.

3) First we subtract, not optimize
We don't teach you to do more. We reduce the load. We close the loops, limit the channels of the flow of cases and set simple rules that work even on your worst days.

4) Simple support systems (optional with AI)
Only if they actually work in the background. AI is meant to remove friction, not become just another thing to grasp.

What do you get after week 1 (concrete)
  • overload map (1 page)
  • list of “this is no longer mine”
  • 3 protective rules for lowering the voltage
  • 2 communication scripts for your most difficult situation
  • Plan B for resistance from people or the system
  • safety rules and pace
Safety and pace

For the first 2 weeks, we don't push big life decisions (unless safety is involved).
If the tension increases, we narrow the range and return to the first movements that give relief.
No hype, no pressure. This cannot become the next duty on your list.

AI, if any

AI is optional. You don't learn prompts or configure integrations. You get the effect: message sketches, summaries, decision lists, simple automations running in the background. If technology adds burdens, we give up on it.

What it is not
  • This is not therapy and I do not diagnose the disorder
  • This is not a productivity program or a “new you” project
When it's not for you

If you have suicidal thoughts, experience violence, are in the acute phase of addiction, have psychotic symptoms or severe depression, professional clinical support is needed in the first place. This service would be insufficient for you.

Contact

If you want to see if this is a good direction, write me a short message: what squeezes you the most right now and what are you most afraid will happen if you let go. I will answer honestly whether this is within my scope or if other support will be better.
