Orientation and relief program for women
If your life is still “working” on the outside but you’re not, you probably don’t need another pep talk. You’re likely carrying a whole system that’s been leaning on you for too long.
This is for women (35–55) who are still functioning, but running on fumes. You’re close to walking away from your current life, but you don’t want a rushed decision you’ll have to clean up later. You want relief and orientation, without pressure, without fixing yourself.
What we do
1) System overload scan
We map your roles, obligations, relationships, open loops, and the places where “urgent” keeps eating “important.” We look for patterns like: the more you rescue, the more ends up on you.
2) Values and priorities you can actually carry
Not a grand life mission. More like a small, non negotiable core that protects you, plus clarity on what you can’t keep sustaining.
3) Subtract first, not optimize
We don’t teach you to do more. We reduce load. We close loops, limit input channels, and set simple rules that still hold up on your worst days.
4) Simple support systems (optionally with AI)
Only if they truly run in the background. AI is allowed to remove friction, not become another thing you have to manage.
What you get after week 1 (tangible)
- Overload map (1 page)
- “This is no longer mine” list
- 3 protective rules that lower tension
- 2 communication scripts for your hardest situation
- Plan B for pushback from people or the system
- Safety and pacing rules
Safety and pacing
For the first 2 weeks, we don’t push big life decisions (unless safety is at stake).
If tension spikes, we shrink the scope and return to relief first moves.
No hype, no pressure. This can’t become another obligation on your list.
AI, if at all
AI is optional. You don’t learn prompts or set up integrations. You get the output: message drafts, summaries, decision lists, simple background automations. If tech adds load, we drop it.
What this is not
- This is not therapy, and I don’t diagnose disorders
- This is not a productivity program or a “new you” project
When this isn’t for you
If you have suicidal thoughts, are experiencing violence, are in an acute addiction phase, have psychotic symptoms, or severe depression, professional clinical support comes first. This service would be too small.
Contact
If you want to check fit, send me a short note: what’s squeezing you most, and what you’re most afraid will happen if you let go. I’ll tell you honestly if this is within my scope, or if a different kind of support would be more efficient.
My contact button is in the top right corner. Hit that.
