30–50% of calls to law firms go unanswered. Each of those calls represents a client who has just called a competitor.
I build AI systems that turn those missed calls into paid consultations — before anyone even opens their office the next day.
I know this from personal experience. I’ve been using law firms as a client for over 10 years. I know what it’s like to call three firms with an urgent problem and my heart in my throat, and end up signing a contract with the one that simply answered first. These experiences became the starting point for designing a system that solves this problem.
I hate repetitive tasks. At every company I’ve worked for — and over nearly 15 years, there have been quite a few — I was interested in how the system I was working within functioned and what could be improved. Sometimes employers appreciated that. Once, I was fired for it. Later, as a freelancer, I did exactly the same thing — I built my own systems for handling clients, leads, and finances. That perspective stuck with me—and today it’s the foundation of what I do for the firm.
How does it work?
I implement a complete system for recovering clients from missed calls. Smart routing directs the call in a cascade — for example: to a lawyer, the reception desk, a partner — synchronized with the calendar so that someone always answers. If no one answers despite this, the system sends an SMS within a minute with a link to a short survey, appointment booking, and online payment.
Result: a client who couldn’t get through at 8:30 PM wakes up in the morning with a confirmed and paid appointment in the lawyer’s calendar. Before the competition opens their office, your firm already has a scheduled consultation.
I start with an audit (“Law Firm Phone X-Ray”) — an analysis of 3 months of data from the VoIP switchboard, interviews with the team, and a report with concrete numbers: how many calls are lost, how much that costs, and what ROI automation will bring. Only after gathering hard data do we move on to implementation.
Why systems?
Growing up in communist Poland taught me that systems can rob people of their time, energy, and peace of mind — without asking for permission. But a well-designed system can also offer something in return: clarity, freedom of action, and space for what truly matters. That’s exactly what I do — for law firms and for people. After hours, I help women 40+ shed burdens that aren’t theirs and reclaim agency in their lives. Because whether it’s business or personal life, the question is the same: how to live within systems without losing yourself.
