For women 40+

When your life still looks fine on the outside, but you no longer do on the inside

You probably don't need another pep talk. Most likely, you've been holding up an entire system that has been leaning on you far too hard for far too long.

This is for women over 40 who are still functioning — but running on fumes. You feel stuck, and you're close to walking away from your current life, but you don't want to make a rash decision you'll have to clean up later.

You're looking for relief and clarity. No pressure. No "fixing yourself."

What we do

01
System overload scan
We map your roles, responsibilities, relationships, open loops, and the places where "urgent" keeps devouring "important." We look for patterns like: the more you rescue, the more lands on your plate.
02
Values and priorities you can actually carry
Not a grand life mission. More like a small, non-negotiable core that protects you — plus clarity on what you simply cannot keep holding up any longer.
03
We subtract first, not optimise
We don't teach you to do more. We reduce the load. We close open loops, limit the channels things pour in from, and set up simple rules that work even on your worst days.
04
Simple support systems (optionally with AI)
Only if they genuinely work in the background. AI should remove friction — not become yet another thing to manage.

What you get after the first week

Tangible deliverables, not promises:

Overload map (1 page)
"This is no longer mine to carry" list
3 protective rules that lower the tension
2 communication scripts for your hardest situation
Plan B for pushback from people or the system
Safety and pacing guidelines

Safety and pacing

For the first 2 weeks we don't push any major life decisions (unless safety is at stake). If the tension rises, we narrow the scope and return to the first moves that bring relief.

No hype. No pressure. This cannot become another obligation on your list.

AI, if at all

AI is optional. You won't learn prompts or configure integrations. You get the output: message drafts, summaries, decision checklists, simple automations running in the background.

If the technology adds to the load, we drop it.

What this is not

This is not therapy and I do not diagnose disorders
This is not a productivity programme or a "new you" project
When this is not for you

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, active addiction, psychotic symptoms, or severe depression — professional clinical support should come first. This service would not be enough for you.

Want to see if this is the right direction?

Send a short message: what weighs on you most right now, and what you're most afraid will happen if you let go. I'll be honest about whether this falls within my scope — or whether different support would serve you better.
